Terms of a project All estimates given by InfinitiTech Solution are based upon the understanding about the requirements of the client. Any changes or improvements requested by the client after the mutually agreed time frame will be chargeable and company will decide these charges. It is advised that the client should clear all his doubts regarding payments before the start of the project.

By signing the quote or the estimate, client agrees to all the terms and conditions of the project. The company encourages clients to provide a synopsis of his requirements. In the absence of such a document, InfinitiTech Solution proceeds according to its understanding of the requirements of the client. The company shall not be responsible for any discrepancy pointed out by the client because of unclear instructions.

Every project is assigned a definite number of man hours and the client has to pay for any length time that is required for the completion of the project beyond this time frame. InfinitiTech Solution takes care to complete the project within the given deadline.

If any bugs are reported by the client during the project, they shall be attended to without any additional charges by the company. However, any rework requested by the client once the project has been completed will attract additional charges.

Content related to website applications and other materials must be provided to the company within 2 weeks of the signing of the estimate. InfinitiTech Solution will not be responsible for any delays in the completion of the project because of such delays.

If the client stops a project midway for any length of time, he will be liable to pay administrative charges as decided by the company on a weekly basis.

InfinitiTech Solution undertakes no responsibility for the functionalities of open source codes and products like WordPress, Joomla etc. The company recommends its clients to obtain updates as and when they are available.

InfinitiTech Solution will not be responsible for any delays in the completion of the project because of adverse unforeseen circumstances. The client hereby agrees to understand the reasons behind such delays and promises not to raise any disputes.

Renewal of domain registration is not included in the cost of the project. The client agrees to pay the charges when the need for renewal of domain arises.

InfinitiTech Solution dopes all communication with its clients through emails. It is the responsibility of the client to check and respond to our emails promptly.

InfinitiTech Solution reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time it deems necessary. Clients are encouraged to take a look at these terms and conditions frequently to remain updated.
